Explain why it is to be done as you are prescribing it to be done. With anything but the most menial of tasks and lowest level worker, there is room for differences of opinion about how a thing should be done.
If they have a better sense of the actual doing than you do, they should be encouraged to voice it. Establish what defines a successful outcome. Keep it simple, no graphic design, print it on computer paper, and use your client's name in the return address field. Remember, your client sent this - not you. Put 'confidential' on the front of the letter. Include a picture of your client at the top, with a headline.
Keep it honest and low-hype. It takes days for some people to open their mail, however a postcard will grab their attention right away. If you have the budget and you're dealing with high-level, busy decision makers - send a jumbo postcard to feature your successful client.

I knew more businesses failed than succeeded, but I did not know that it was such a big gap between them. Based on the different ways Kennedy said to market a business, the average person who wants to go and learn from the ways of him can easily accomplish this.
I went out of my way to read one of his books because of his past successes, and reading this book really encourages me to follow everything he said, and having it published by Forbesbooks really shows how amazing he is and how people should learn from him. This book really intrigued me because it could help me personally with my own business.
I currently have my own little business, and after reading this book I went back and evaluated everything I did in the past and what I could change to follow this book. I also knew the WHO, which is the same as knowing the demographics and psychographics of the people who were my target market.
